David managed the risk to the business in the Scheme Design and Detailed Design design contract for the State’s Heads of Departments in 5 towers, leading the 20 strong team, liaising with external consultants and building a good working relationship with the State’s Client body. He wrote the Project Plan, managed the fee agreement, deliverables, creating the resource and design delivery schedule as well as running weekly DTMs with the team and Client. He managed significant change and negotiated fees.
