Park Place, Sydney 39-story commercial tower

 
David successfully achieved delivery of the Detailed Design and Construction Design  contract for the design of the Over Station Development for Investa.

Leading both the architects and coordinating with external consultants and the contractor CPB.  Including writing the Project Plan, he managed the fee agreement, deliverables, created the resource and design delivery schedule as well as running weekly Design Team Meetings and Client meetings.  He managed change and achieving additional time and fees.
