Pitt Street Metro Station, Sydney

 
David successfully achieved delivery of the Detailed Design and Construction Design contract for the design of the metro station for PB.

Leading both the architects and coordinating with external consultants and the contractor CPB.  Including writing the Project Plan, he managed the fee agreement, deliverables, created the resource and design delivery schedule as well as running weekly Design Team Meetings and Client meetings.  He managed change achieving additional time and fees.
