David is a project manager and architect with initiative and good business acumen.

He successfully leads building projects delivering to quality, programme and budget, managing design, risk, change and the commercials, with many years of experience in leading, liaising and motivating multidisciplinary teams and Clients in design, development and delivery.

The award winning buildings and projects are to be found across the globe, ranging from high quality, contemporary, bespoke and multi storey residential, refurbishment of listed town houses and sensitive rural developments, through to educational, large commercial, warehousing, transport and retail trading centres of excellence.  He works with many of the world’s leading construction teams and contractors.
