Marks & Spencer store refurbishments

Acting Head of Architecture with Marks and Spencer David addressed streamlining store design and delivery. 

David also managed the remodelling of M&S Ayr on time and under budget as well as M&S Preston and Sunderland, including the removal of asbestos whilst the stores continued to trade, completing with zero defects. 

He project managed many live trading retail modernisation projects including Darlington, Bishop Auckland, Wigan, Workington and Bradford.
