Wm Morrison store delivery
David managed the design and ‘traditional’ contract delivery of the new flagship store in Weybridge.
He led a development team designing and gaining planning permission and writing board papers for approval on over 60 supermarket extensions nationwide.
David led the redesign and project managed the rebuilding of the new Penrith supermarket following the 2010 fire. After the Penrith store had burnt down he responded quickly by designing and delivering a temporary 1,000m2 supermarket in a tent achieving trading in only 9 days from the fire to re-trading.
He also delivered five Somerfield to Wm Morrison store conversions in Southwark, Camberwell, Dunoon, Lanark and Cowdenbeath. All delivered on programme and to budget.
